PET is a Swiss association that has been involved in the collection and disposal of PET drinks bottles since 1990. With a recycling rate of 75%<\/strong>, PET has established a nationwide disposal network for PET beverage bottles. Over the course of 25 years, PET has increased its recycling rate to 82% and is considered a pioneer in international comparison. A study by Carbotech AG shows that PET recycling in Switzerland makes an important contribution to environmental protection. The aim of the branding campaign was to raise awareness of the PET cycle among as many people in Switzerland as possible. This includes educating people about the PET bottle cycle in order to motivate as many people as possible to take PET disposal seriously and dispose of it properly.
