Which ONELINE value can you identify with the most?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For me, all 5 values go hand in hand. But if I had to pick one out now, I think I would choose hunger.
I am not a person who likes to stand still. I like to be in motion, learn and create new things, and be challenged. This is also reflected at ONE<\/strong>LINE.
The drive in the entire ONE<\/strong>LINE team is contagious and allows you to master challenges that you probably would never have dared to tackle before.
But as I said, to keep the hunger growing, you need enthusiasm for online marketing, a team you can rely on, a sustainable way of working, and a good dose of passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are you most looking forward to in 2023?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

2023 will be a very exciting year for me. I will be moving to Bali and the best part is that ONE<\/strong>LINE is supporting me in this endeavor and I get to continue working as part of the ONE<\/strong>LINE team. I really appreciate it and am incredibly grateful for this support!
I will have to give up my current position as project manager due to the large time difference. However, this will allow me to fully focus on ONE<\/strong>LINE’s SEO clients. I am looking forward to dedicating myself intensively to the topic of SEO and all related areas and to being able to dive even deeper into the subject matter.
Besides, there are already one or two interesting projects in the pipeline for 2023. I’m excited to see what we will experience and master together again this year. Stay tuned \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which ONELINE value can you identify with best?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Difficult question! To be honest, it’s pretty hard for me to favor one value. I’ll just take the liberty of briefly going into 3 values now.? I started to get INSPIRED by online marketing during my studies. It quickly became clear to me that I wanted to acquire more knowledge in this area. However, the pure theory was too boring for me, so I started with the practical implementation of various online marketing projects during my studies. Since I’ve been working at ONE<\/strong>LINE, I’ve been able to constantly expand my know-how and I’ve developed a real PASSION for digital marketing. What spurs me on is to see how our whole team is constantly developing and reaching a new level. The hunger for new knowledge is just as great as the hunger for pizza on the traditional “Pizza Thursday”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes working at ONELINE special for you?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I think I go with the team spirit here. The cohesion we have here in the office is outstanding for me. We support each other, learn from each other, and can rely on the team. All colleagues have individual skills that complement each other and ultimately lead to the goal.
Working like this is simply fun. I also appreciate the regular team-building events, the get-togethers at lunchtime (especially at Pizza Donnstig), and the FIFA battles at the end of the day. I just say ONE<\/strong>LINE – ONE LOVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enthusiasm, Passion, Sustainability, Love, and Hunger – the 5 values of ONE<\/strong>LINE. And thanks to ONE<\/strong>LINE, I can identify with each of them.
During my time at ONE<\/strong>LINE, I didn’t feel like a team member, but more like a family member, right from the start. Never before in my professional career have I had such an incredibly great team as at ONE<\/strong>LINE! Together, we shared not only enthusiasm and passion for marketing, but also hunger (and the occasional pizza). And so we have grown as a ONE<\/strong>LINE family – in all possible areas.
One expression, which is not listed among our 5 values, but in my opinion definitely belongs to them, will certainly accompany me for a long time: NEXT LEVEL!
Sami always likes to sat; “We offer NEXT LEVEL marketing!”. – Where he is right, he is right. Formey, this expression means to think differently. On a different, higher level. To swim against the current. And to create something that has never been done before. And this is exactly the guiding principle I would like to follow in my further professional career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What were some of your highlights during your time at ONELINE?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To be honest, there are quite a few. ONE<\/strong>LINE was “my ticket out of IT”. After 10 years in IT, I decided to switch to marketing and ONE<\/strong>LINE gave me that ticket. And that was not only one of the biggest highlights at ONE<\/strong>LINE but probably one of the best decisions in my professional career – I not only found a new career direction thanks to ONE<\/strong>LINE but a calling.
And when I received this ticket, the highlights took their course. For the first time, I got to be truly creative in my job – editing photos, creating videos, and, best of all, I got to write creative copy. Because writing is one of my greatest passions, and thanks to ONE<\/strong>LINE it was no longer just technical instructions, but also creative newsletters or blog articles.
Apart from the huge learning effect at ONE<\/strong>LINE, we also had a few “special days”, which are also among my highlights. And among these, of course, the OMR cannot be missed – a marketing event that I have never experienced like this before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During my time at the ONE<\/strong>LINE marketing agency<\/a>, I realized that every single value plays a big role for me. The INSPIRATION for online marketing ignited a huge fire in me from a small flame. I realized more and more that online marketing was growing into a big PASSION. For the first time, I also experienced what cohesion and LOVE mean in an office. At ONELINE, the employees have become not only professionals but also wonderful, loyal, and warm friends. This also creates the important SUSTAINABILITY that is needed for successful cooperation. Last but not least and at the moment also most in focus is the HUNGER. The hunger to grow as a team and with ONELINE. To see step by step how you learn, how you always get one step further with the right team, the know-how, and the skills, and how you grow beyond yourself. This includes not only hunger but also thirst. A thirst for even more knowledge, for being able to work even more in the most diverse areas, and to develop myself personally further and further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does ONELINE give you to take with you on your future path?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Infinitely much! Not only did I get to spend intense, incredibly educational, and super fun days at ONELINE in the office, but I also learned an incredible amount about myself. With the independent management of the largest competition platform Win4Win<\/a> in Switzerland, I not only had the opportunity to learn knowledge and skills in the areas of management, planning, and design, but also how to properly care for customers and participants. I learned to understand the importance of email marketing<\/a>. How to design a newsletter<\/a> so that it more than just catches people’s attention. What it means to stick to timelines and make sure that a project stands on both feet at the end and is a complete success and NEXT LEVEL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And last but not least, what it means to have a strong, rocking, always a supportive team behind you, especially a super cool boss! ONELINE will always remind me that disciplined work always includes some fun and patronage, such as the 3 fascinating and unforgettable days at OMR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
